PromptReel is operated by Spotlight Platform. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
We keep the policy focused on the services used by the web app: Google sign-in, Supabase session handling, and Stripe billing.
Data we collect
We collect the minimum information needed to authenticate your account, process your purchase, and support the product.
- Google account identifiers used for sign-in
- Billing and payment status handled through Stripe
- Support messages sent to [email protected]
- Basic operational logs needed to keep the service running
How we use your data
We use account and billing data to let you sign in, verify access, unlock the lifetime offer, and respond to support requests.
We also use service data to improve reliability, diagnose issues, and prevent abuse.
Sharing and processors
PromptReel relies on third-party processors to provide the service. Google handles authentication, Supabase stores session-related data, and Stripe processes checkout and payment records.
We do not sell your personal data.
Retention and your choices
We retain information only as long as necessary for the purchase, account access, legal, or operational purposes.

Deleting your account
Signed-in users can permanently delete their PromptReel account from the Account page. The action removes the Google sign-in link, the purchase record, the daily export history, and (where Stripe permits) the linked Stripe customer record. The action is immediate and cannot be undone.
The lifetime purchase remains non-refundable per the Terms of Service; deleting the account does not entitle you to a refund.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
