These terms govern your use of PromptReel and the one-time lifetime purchase offered by Spotlight Platform.
By purchasing or using the service, you agree to these terms and to the license and refund policy described here.
Acceptance of terms
You must be able to form a binding contract and follow the rules in these terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the service.
License grant
PromptReel is licensed for single-user commercial use. The license is personal to the account holder and cannot be shared, resold, or transferred without written permission.
Restrictions
You may not use PromptReel to violate law, to infringe another person’s rights, or to reverse engineer, bypass, or interfere with the service.
Purchases and refunds
The service is offered as a one-time lifetime purchase. All sales are final and no refunds are provided, except where required by law.
Self-serve account deletion does not entitle you to a refund. Removing your account erases your access immediately, but the lifetime purchase remains non-refundable.
Service availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time to maintain or improve the product.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Spotlight Platform is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of PromptReel.
